The creativity and quality of the posts made it really challenging for us to narrow down the list!

Can a simple #hashtag challenge change your life?
It has been discovered that one of the keys to happiness is to do something everyday that is nice, concrete and simple. The unfortunate thing is that we rarely take the time (even just a few minutes a day) to do this for ourselves, and we often let bad experiences or others' negativity take us down. #EmbraceTodayx5 is an initiative that will change everything - and it only requires a couple of minutes a day for 5 days straight. Are you up for the challenge?
How to Play? Simply #, Tag and Post
- Each day, post something (on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter) of how you will make today a better day - whether it's for you or for someone else. Wake up 30 minutes earlier and enjoy a good breakfast? Go for a walk? Call a friend? Leave an encouraging Post-It note? Help out a stranger? It could be anything, so don't afraid to be creative. Step out of your comfort zone, try something different. Make this a challenge!
- Hashtag your post with #EmbraceTodayx5
- Tag at least a friend in your post to invite him/her to participate in the challenge
- Do this for 5 days and watch your life transform!
If you miss a day, don't worry. Just catch up whenever you can! By the end of this you will be surprised by how much you can do, and even the smallest deeds of positivity can quickly ripple out!
- What if you're on a roll and 5 days ain't enough for you? Nothing is stopping you from taking this challenge a step further! Make it into a month-long challenge, or even (if you dare) a 365 project!
- Take the #IAmAntiBully pledge, if you haven't yet!
- If you have an artistic creative mind, Your Own #IAmAntiBully Challenge will be a fun photo challenge to complete too!
Each bonus challenge you complete will award you extra points to win the prize!

Every week we will share one of our favourites on our official Instagram/Twitter/Facebook channels. If you'd like to be featured this is your chance - just don't forget to use the #EmbraceTodayx5 hashtag in your posts! (Note: For anonymous submissions, we will feature them with "Anonymous" as the submitter). On March 31, 2015 we will also select a few top participants and award them with a secret special prize!
Every participant will be considered automatically for the prize - we evaluate by the quality and thoughtfulness of the posts, but you can increase your chance of winning by posting more, or by completing the Bonus Challenge above.
If there are some good deeds you'd like to do but wish to preserve anonymity, you can also send them to us directly through Instagram/Twitter/Facebook and they will be counted as a valid entry! You will still be eligible for prizes, and if we choose to feature your post on our channels, we will use "Anonymous" as the name of the submitter.
